Tunbridge is a small Midlands township best known for its 1848 convict built sandstone bridge, one of the oldest surviving timber span structures of its kind in Australia. Set along the Blackman River and the old coaching route, it has a quiet, open rural character shaped by its heritage inns, farming landscape, and long history of connection between north and south.
